The Cottonwood Water System is located on the north shore of Shuswap Lake in Electoral Area F (north Shuswap), approximately 1.4 kilometres east of the Tsútswecw Provincial Park (Roderick Haig-Brown Provincial Park) in Lee Creek.
The Cottonwoods Water System currently supplies water to the Cottonwood Cove RV Park. The water system consists of two wells, chlorination and SCADA, (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) which provides full remote monitoring capabilities.

Connection Fee: $2,000 per property
