CSRD firefighters help with holiday spirit

Tuesday, December 1, 2020

CSRD Firefighters are known for being connected to their communities and stepping up when there's a need.

Once again, many of our departments are organizing Christmas events to benefit local charities, even though many of the events look differently in 2020 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. All fire department events are operating with COVID-19 safety protocols in place.

Here's a listing of events in chronological order:

White Lake Fire Department Food Drive - Tuesday, December 1 from 6 PM to 9 PM. The fire fighters and fire trucks will be out in the White Lake Fire area going door-to-door, collecting items for the Sorrento Food Bank. Please leave items outside by your front door or at the end of your driveway for no-contact pick-up. Monetary donations are also being accepted.

Anglemont Fire Department - Tuesday, December 8 from 6 PM to 8 PM. The fire department will be driving through the community with lights and sirens activated to pick up donations for the North Shore Food Bank. Please leave donations outside the door or at the end of the driveway.
