There are two properties involved in this subdivision. The Northern property is used as a farm (north end of property) and a mobile home park (south end of property). The southern property is vacant. The owner is applying to subdivide the southern property into three lots and consolidate the fourth lot remainder with the northern property.
The applicant proposes to use a shared access for lots 2 and 3 of the proposed subdivision with a maximum slope of 15% which is greater than the 12.5% maximum slope for access driveways that serve more than one dwelling in Section 7.2 of the CSRD Subdivision Servicing Bylaw No. 641.
