The Columbia Shuswap Regional District’s mail may be affected in the event of a postal service disruption.
We are doing our best to ensure incoming and outgoing mail will be dealt with promptly, however, be advised there may be some unavoidable delays. If you have a concern with any extended wait time for mail, please contact the CSRD office at 250.832.8194.
In addition, a number of CSRD services are available online, including payment for water utility and landfill invoices. If you need assistance in setting up electronic payment or invoicing, contact the Finance Department by email at email@example.com.
The CSRD also wants to ensure contractors and suppliers are looked after if there is a disruption in postal service. All invoices can be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Vendors who are currently being paid by cheque can request a direct deposit form and have payments made electronically to their bank. Call 250.832.8194 or email email@example.com to request a form.
