What is Magna Bay Zoning Amendment (Coueffin) Bylaw No. 800-31 (BL800-31)?

The applicant is wanting to rebuild a garage that burned down at 6346 Squilax-Anglemont Road in Magna Bay. With the construction of the garage the property will exceed the maximum allowed parcel coverage for the RS zone. The applicant is proposing a site specific amendment to the RS zone to increase the permitted parcel coverage from 25% to 28%.

How do I send a written submission? 
Written submissions will be accepted at the CSRD until 4:00 PM on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 or may be submitted until the close of the Public Hearing. The Board of the CSRD considers the author's name and residential address relevant to the Board's consideration of this matter and should be included in your Submission. The author's phone number and email address are not relevant to the Board’s consideration of this matter and should not be included in the written submission. Written submissions received by the CSRD are subject to public disclosure and a copy may be provided to the applicant. Please clearly write "Public Hearing Submission – BL800-31" on the top of your submission. The Board of the CSRD will not consider any verbal or written representations or submissions after the public hearing has closed.
