Salmon Valley Land Use Amendment (Desimone/McMullen) Bylaw No. 2559

What is Bylaw No. 2559?

The owners have applied to redesignate and rezone the property legally described as Lot 4, Block 7, Section 2, Township 18, Range 12, W6M, KDYD, Plan 1295, located in Falkland at 5781 Highway 97, from C-Commercial to RS-Single and Two Family Residential in order to recognize the current two-family dwelling use on the property, as shown on the following map:

Who should attend? Anyone who believes that their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaw amendment, shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw at the Public Hearing.

How do I send a written submission? Written submissions will be accepted at the CSRD until 4:00 PM on Monday, April 15, 2019 or may be submitted until the close of the Public Hearing. The Board of the CSRD considers the author's name and residential address relevant to the Board's consideration of this matter and should be included in your Submission. The author's phone number and email address are not relevant to the Board’s consideration of this matter and should not be included in the written submission. Written submissions received by the CSRD are subject to public disclosure and a copy may be provided to the applicant.
