The owners of the strata have made application to amend the Electoral Area C Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 725 and the South Shuswap Zoning Bylaw No. 701 to allow a residential and commercial subdivision on the subject properties.
The owners are applying to amend the Electoral Area C Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 725 to increase the density from 12 units per ha to 84 total units in the subject properties; and amend the South Shuswap Zoning Bylaw No. 701 by rezoning the strata properties from the RR4 – Rural Residential (2 ha) to a new Comprehensive Development Zone (Comprehensive Development 5) for a proposed commercial and residential subdivision as per the site plan attached.
