The applicant would like to subdivide the subject property into 3 lots with a minimum parcel size of 2 ha. In order to facilitate this subdivision the applicant is proposing to amend the Official Community Plan (OCP) designation from SH – Small Holdings to RR2 – Rural Residential and also amend the zoning designation from SH – Small Holdings to RR2 – Rural Residential.
