Special Notice - COVID-19 response

The CSRD administrative office will be reopening to the public for regular business hours from 9 AM to 4 PM (excluding holidays) beginning Monday, July 6, 2020.

Appointments are strongly encouraged to avoid congestion and adhere to physical distancing regulations. While some CSRD staff remain working remotely, they are available by phone and email. It is recommended that the public continue to use these methods of contacting staff as much as possible to help reduce potential exposure to the COVID-19 virus.

What We Do

The Operations Management Department is responsible for planning, managing and operating a number of services in collaboration with municipal partners, First Nations, Provincial Ministries and Federal Agencies. Operations Management consists of four department divisions, including: Community Parks and Recreation, Community Services, Environmental Health Services, and Utilities. The Operations Management Department has a mandate to provide effective and cost efficient services for the following functions:
