Area D Parks Advisory Commission meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, 6:30 PM, at the CSRD Boardroom.
Development Services staff is proposing text amendments to the Salmon Valley Land Use Bylaw No. 2500 to remove "golf course and clubhouse" from the permitted uses in the R – Rural and the RH – Rural Holding designations and zones, change GC – General Commercial to C – Commercial, and create a GC – Golf Course designation and zone to permit golf course and ancillary uses. The proposed amendment is consistent with the Agricultural Land Commission Act and Regulations.
The proposed amendment will provide for the ability to issue Temporary Use Permits in all designations of the Salmon Valley Land Use Bylaw No. 2500.

The proposed amendment will provide for the ability to issue Temporary Use Permits in all designations of the Ranchero/Deep Creek Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 750 rather than only in the Rural and Resource, Agricultural, and Rural Holdings designations, as currently set out in the bylaw.
