The Evacuation Order, pursuant to the Emergency Program Act issued on September 6, 2023 for properties which were severely impacted by wildfire and sustained structure loss, as listed in the attached Appendix, has been rescinded to ALL CLEAR.
Please be advised that a moratorium on building permits in wildfire-affected areas of the North and South Shuswap remains in effect until the results of geotechnical assessments are complete.
There may be a number of hazards on your property caused by the wildfire event. Important information for your safety and information is included below.
