Bylaw Number 5850: Ticket Information Utilization (PDF)

Purpose / Description

A bylaw to authorize the use of the Municipal Ticketing Information System for regional district bylaw offenses.

A new Ticket Information Utilization Bylaw Number 5850 was introduced in 2022 to replace the previous versions. 

Ticket Information Utilization Bylaw Number 5776, was adopted at the May 17th, 2018 Board meeting. The new Bylaw replaces Ticket Information Utilization Bylaw Number 5296.

Bylaw Number 5818, 2020 amending Bylaw Number 5776 was adopted at the May 21st, 2020 Board meeting. The bylaw was amended and a consolidated version was released in October 2020.
