Alertable
The CSRD uses Alertable, a multi-purpose communication service, to send alerts to residents, businesses, and visitors during critical events like fires or floods or water advisories. Sign up and find out more here.

Bylaw Enforcement
CSRD bylaws are in place to increase the safety and enjoyment for everyone in the community. Not all bylaws are in effect throughout all areas of the Regional District, and some apply only in specified areas. Here's where you can find more information.

Dog Control
Dog Control Service is intended to promote responsible dog ownership, accountability and public safety. The CSRD uses the services of Commissionaires BC to provide dog control services in Electoral Areas C, D and G. There are also dangerous dog control regulations in Electoral Area F.
