The Cedar Heights Water System is located on just off the Trans Canada Highway approximately 25 kilometres west of Salmon Arm and 5 kilometres east of Sorrento, in Electoral Area G.
The water system draws water from Shuswap Lake and treats it using ultraviolet disinfection and chlorination. The system also has emergency backup power and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) which provides full remote monitoring capabilities. View the Cedar Heights Waterworks Newsletters.
