The CSRD operates a number of community water systems and firehall/park water systems within the Regional District. The CSRD strives to ensure a reliable source of safe, high-quality drinking water is provided to residents within the CSRD water system areas.

If you would like to be made aware of any issues or changes with your water system, please sign up for Alertable. This is the CSRD mass notification system and can provide you with notifications through an app, text, email or landline phone call if there are any Boil Water notices or Water Quality Advisories in your area.

Swansea PointThis water system consists of a deep well supply with no treatment at the present time, this system serves both the Swansea Point Fire Hall and community hall.
MalakwaThis water system is located in Malakwa and serves both the Malakwa Fire Hall and the Malakwa Community Hall. The water supply is a deep well and the system has no treatment at present.
Silver CreekThis water system is located in Silver Creek just off Salmon River Road and serves both the Silver Creek Fire Hall and the Silver Creek Community Park. This water system consists of a deep well supply and at the present time this system has no treatment.

Scotch Creek

This water system is located in Scotch Creek just off of the Squilax-Anglemont Road. This system is supplied by a deep well and serves both the Scotch Creek/Lee Creek Fire Hall and the Scotch Creek Community Hall, and at the present time this system has no treatment.

White LakeThis water system is located on the shore of White Lake and serves both the White Lake Fire Hall and White Lake Community Hall. The system is supplied by the water intake from White Lake and presently includes filtration, ultraviolet and chlorine treatment.
Yard Creek CampgroundThe Yard Creek Campground is comprised of 65 RV and tent sites located within Yard Creek Provincial Park on Yard Creek Loop Road approximately 15 km east of Sicamous. The system draws water from a deep well and there is no treatment at the present time.
