|  | Community Recreation Parks Don Fink Community Park is named after Don Fink, a well known and admired local resident who was tragically killed in a 1997 train derailment. This community park is a great choice for family or group gatherings. With a ball field, swing set, horse-shoe pitch and volleyball area, the recreational opportunities are abundant. During the winter months, the rink is looked after soley by volunteers. During the summer months, CSRD parks staff oversees maintenance of the grounds and summer activities. Read More | |
|  | Community Recreation Parks Rose Clifford Community Park is named after Rose Clifford, a pioneer who tragically lost her life at 11 years old after she tried to save a friend who fell into the lake. The park is the recreational heart of Scotch Creek and the North Shuswap. The 4.5 acre park has enough room for a children''s playground, baseball diamond and ball field, allcourt (tennis, basketball, ball hockey), swings, picnic area and flush toilet.
