August 16, 2010 Falkland Water Quality Advisory Falkland water users are on a water quality advisory due to results of recent water sampling. The water lines will be flushed today, which may result in dirty water being noticed from taps. If this occurs, residents are asked to run the taps until the water runs clear. This advisory will be in effect until further notice |

December 21, 2009 After Hours Emergency Phone Number On January 1, 2010, the Columbia Shuswap Regional District's new AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY phone number 1-877-996-3344 will be available to residents who need assistance with or who would like to report a CSRD emergency (such as a water main break or a request for Emergency Social Services following a house fire) after regular office hours.
