Notice of Public Hearing for Electoral Area 'F' (North Shuswap) Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 830-3
PURPOSE OF BYLAW NO. 830-3:
Bylaw No. 830-3 proposes to amend a number of Development Permit Area (DPA) Guidelines in the North Shuswap
Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 830. Guidelines proposed to be amended include (but are not limited to) those
related to steep slope development and development & Type 1 sewerage systems within 100 m (328 ft.) of Shuswap Lake.
LOCATION AND DATE OF HEARING:
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at 7:00 PM (Pacifi c Time), and will be held at the
North Shuswap Community Hall (Celista), 5456 Squilax Anglemont Road, Celista, BC.
